Russell Terry’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, debt and equity financing, business ventures and general contract and corporate matters. Russell also has extensive investment management experience, representing institutional entities investing in domestic and international private equity funds, hedge funds and open-ended, commingled funds and accounts.
Prior to joining Reicker Pfau Pyle & McRoy, Russell practiced at Perkins Coie LLP in Portland, Oregon and Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle, Washington.
Russell earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2009, where he served as Associate Editor-in- Chief of the Washington Law Review. Russell earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2003, graduating with highest honors and distinction in his major.
Russell is admitted to practice in California, Oregon and Washington.
