RICHARD
F. LEE

Richard F. Lee is civil litigator and his
practice concentrates on business disputes, contracts,
corporate and partnership matters, business torts, legal
malpractice, fiduciary law, real estate, landlord/tenant,
personal injury as well as arbitration and alternative dispute
resolution.
Rick attended the University of California
at Santa Barbara and graduated with a B.A. in 1975. He studied
law at the University of Santa Clara. He received his J.D.,
summa cum laude, in 1977 and received the American Jurisprudence
Award and Emery Law Scholarships. Rick was admitted to the
California Bar in 1977.
From 1979 through 1996, Rick practiced law
with Schramm & Raddue in Santa Barbara. In 1996, he established
a solo practice as the Law Office of Richard F. Lee. Rick
joined Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy in 2007 as a partner.
Rick is active in both community and
professional organizations, having served as President and
Member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Foundation and
Barristers Club and twice as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. He currently is
the Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Barbara Lawyer. Rick serves on
the Board of Directors of the Alano Club and serves as its Vice
President.
He is admitted to all state and federal
courts in California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Rick is a member of the California and Santa Barbara County Bar
Associations.
