Rick
Bordallo practices general business, real estate and corporate
law with an emphasis on corporate restructurings, debt and
equity financing transactions, corporate governance, and
employment compensation matters. His practice also
includes real property purchases, sales and leasing, entity
formations, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy, Rick practiced
with the law firm of Phillips & Bordallo, P.C. in Hagatna, Guam,
and with Downey Brand, LLP in Sacramento, California.
Rick received his B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette
University in 1993 and a Masters in Public Administration from
the University of Guam in 1997. Rick earned his J.D. from
Marquette University Law School, magna cum laude, in 2000, and
an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2001 and was
admitted into the California Bar Association in 2002.
Rick is active in the Santa
Barbara community is currently serving on the Board of Directors
of Girls, Inc. and Girsh Park Foundation.
