Robert Forouzandeh, admitted to the
California Bar in 2006, focuses his law practice on business,
real estate and employment litigation matters. Robert works on
a broad range of litigation matters including complex business
and contract disputes, banking matters, commercial and
residential real estate matters, land use disputes, construction
disputes, employment class actions, corporate derivative actions
and general corporate representation.
He
represents large regional banks and local real estate brokerages
as corporate counsel, real estate development companies,
start-up corporations, large corporations and individuals in
real estate transactions, governmental land use proceedings,
mediation, arbitration and trial.
Prior to joining Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy LLP, Robert
practiced with the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck
(formerly Hatch & Parent).
Robert received his
B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at
San Diego in 2003, and received his J.D. from University of
California, Hastings College of Law in 2006. Robert is also a
licensed California real estate broker.
Robert is also admitted to
practice law in the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern
Districts of the California Federal Courts.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Robert is an active member of
the Santa Barbara legal community. He is a member of the Santa
Barbara County Bar Association, is a Barrister in the William L.
Gordon Inn of Court and serves as the Vice President of the
Santa Barbara Barristers.
