Robert Forouzandeh, admitted to the California Bar in 2006, focuses his law practice on business and real estate litigation matters.  Robert has worked on a broad range of litigation matters ranging from complex business to real estate issues. He has represented real estate development companies and other business entities in arbitration and trial and has also represented contractors and landowners in real estate, construction and land use disputes.

Prior to joining Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy LLP, Robert practiced with the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck (formerly Hatch & Parent).

Robert received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego in 2003, and received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2006.

          Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Robert is an active member of the Santa Barbara legal community, and is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the Santa Barbara Barristers.

            Robert is also admitted to practice law in the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of the California Federal Courts.
