Gary Hill brings thirty plus years of litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation experience to the clients of the firm.

Gary's practice concentrates on resolving business and personal disputes in a wide variety of commercial areas including securities transactions; real estate transactions; complex business litigation and bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to the merger of his law practice with Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy in January 2011, Gary was a founding member of Hill & Trager, LLP and its predecessor firms from 1983-2010.  Gary was previously associated with the firm of Donahue, Gallagher, Thomas & Woods (1974-1976) and Goux, Romasanta & Cappello (1978-1983) and was a faculty member at Loyola University Law School (1977-1978).

Gary is admitted to practice in all California State and Federal Courts and U.S. Supreme Court.  He received juris doctorate in 1974 from Hastings College of Law, where he was a member of the Thurston Society and was awarded the Order of the Coif.  He received his BA with high honors from Swarthmore College in 1969.
