GARY J. HILL

Gary Hill brings thirty plus
years of litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation
experience to the clients of the firm.
Gary's practice concentrates
on resolving business and personal disputes in a wide variety of
commercial areas including securities transactions; real estate
transactions; complex business litigation and bankruptcy
litigation.
Prior to the merger of his
law practice with Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy in January 2011,
Gary was a founding member of Hill & Trager, LLP and its
predecessor firms from 1983-2010. Gary was previously associated with the firm of
Donahue, Gallagher, Thomas & Woods (1974-1976) and Goux,
Romasanta & Cappello (1978-1983) and was a faculty member at
Loyola University Law School (1977-1978).
Gary is admitted to practice
in all California State and Federal Courts and U.S. Supreme
Court. He received juris doctorate in 1974 from Hastings
College of Law, where he was a member of the Thurston Society
and was awarded the Order of the Coif. He received his BA
with high honors from Swarthmore College in 1969.
