Business Transactional Associate

We have an opening for a business attorney to join the transactional department of our business law boutique firm. You will be assisting clients at all stages of the business cycle handling general business, real estate, tax and securities matters.  

Our ideal candidate is someone with 3-5 years relevant experience and excellent academic credentials.  Your experience should include corporate governance and general contract drafting as well as mergers and acquisitions, private offerings and financing, real estate, and other complex transactions.
