Diana Jessup Lee’s law practice emphasizes
business disputes and litigation, particularly in connection
with real estate, lease and landlord tenant issues, probate and
trust litigation, partnership and corporate dissolutions,
contract disputes, collection matters, and creditor
representation in civil and bankruptcy courts. She also handles
commercial and residential leasing and sales transactions.
Additionally, Diana has received extensive training as a
mediator and has served as a mediator for the Sacramento
Mediation Center, the Santa Barbara County Court and the Santa
Barbara Community Mediation Center.
Diana graduated from UCLA in 1979. After
working as a senior litigation paralegal, Diana returned to law
school and graduated from the University of California at Davis
in 1991, graduating Order of the Coif. Diana was an associate
with the law firm of Schramm & Raddue in Santa Barbara before
she joined the law firm of Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy when it
was founded in 1996, and became a partner six months later. She
served as the firm's Managing Partner for three years.
During the course of her practice, Diana has
been active in the Santa Barbara community serving as a member
of the Boards of Directors of Scholarship Foundation of Santa
Barbara, Girsh Park and Young Life, the Regional Advisory Board
for Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, a judge for Teen Court (a
diversionary sentencing program for juveniles with pending
criminal matters), and an elder at her church. Diana spent a
year at the University of Mexico in Mexico City and is
conversant in Spanish.
